Responsibilities

• Meeting with Clients and development manager to understand the needs and translating their requirements into various design options that work within the existing shell of the building.
• Detailed measuring and redrawing the existing building.
• Preparation of council submission plans and construction documentation.
• Construction administration and regular site inspections, answering RFI’s, preparing revisions within strict project timelines.
• Thoroughly investigating fire regulations and meeting with the fire engineer to implement a resolution that both satisfies the Clients requirements and the fire departments regulations.
